My boyfriend is a Marine stationed in Iraq and has recently complained how hot and humid it is here. His train wet cloths with cold water and put under their helmets to keep a cool head. I looked online today and send things, and I found this site.

This looks perfect, but look at the prices! Is it worth trying to collect money to send some of these strangers to him? I do not know how, or how. (If you know of other sites that contain the items to keep our members with a friendly service, please let me know!)
